• The Pre-sale area is the fenced area at the corner of W. Hopocan Ave. & 3rd St. NW (Across from the YMCA). 
• Pre-sale of Mums will be Wednesday, Sept. 21st to Friday Sept. 23rd at 11am-6pm.
